Savings Grove is operated by IntoPaid Acquisition Labs, PO Box 75025, Vancouver RPO Main Street, BC, V5X 4V7. Email mika@savingsgrove.com.

These terms are the agreement between you and IntoPaid Acquisition Labs for your use of Savings Grove, including savingsgrove.com and the Canada and UK versions of the site. If you use the site, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site

Savings Grove publishes personal-finance guides, calculators, product roundups, and a newsletter. We may add, change, or remove any page, tool, or offer without notice. We do not promise that a page will stay available, or that a rate, bonus, or fee described on a page is still the one the provider offers today.

The site is built on Shopify. Loading pages and using a cart are also subject to Shopify’s handling of technical data, described in the Shopify Privacy Policy.

Not financial, tax, or legal advice

Articles, comparison tables, and calculators are general information for a broad audience. They are not financial, investment, credit, tax, or legal advice, and they are not a recommendation that a particular card, broker, loan, or insurance policy is right for you. They are not an offer or a solicitation to buy a security or open an account.

Calculator results are estimates from the numbers you type. They can differ from a lender’s, issuer’s, or broker’s own quote because of fees, taxes, compounding, credit approval, or terms we do not have. Before you apply, borrow, invest, or cancel a product, read the provider’s current agreement and consider advice from a qualified professional.

You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

Advertising and affiliates

Pages include advertisements and may include affiliate links, including links to Shopify and to card issuers, brokers, insurers, and other providers. If you follow an affiliate link and later buy or apply, we may earn a commission. That commission does not increase the price you pay. A commission does not mean the provider endorses Savings Grove, or that we endorse every product linked from a page.

Ad units on the site are labeled Advertisements. Google AdSense, PubGuru (MonetizeMore), and Monumetric may collect data to deliver and measure those ads. How that data is used is covered in our privacy policy and in their own policies: How Google uses cookies in advertising, Google Ad Center, and the MonetizeMore Privacy Policy.

This Site is affiliated with Monumetric (dba for The Blogger Network, LLC) for the purposes of placing advertising on the Site, and Monumetric will collect and use certain data for advertising purposes. To learn more about Monumetric’s data usage, click here: Publisher Advertising Privacy

If you submit an email address, you ask us to send the newsletter. We store that address in Shopify. You can unsubscribe in any message, or email mika@savingsgrove.com and ask us to delete it. The form uses hCaptcha. Completing the check is subject to the hCaptcha Terms and hCaptcha Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The text, graphics, calculators, and layout of Savings Grove are owned by IntoPaid Acquisition Labs or its licensors. Product names, logos, and trademarks of card issuers, brokers, and other companies belong to those companies. Mention of a name does not imply endorsement.

You may read the site and share links to it. You may quote a short passage with credit and a link to the page. You may not copy articles, tables, or calculator logic for your own site, product, or dataset, and you may not present our material as your own, without written permission from IntoPaid Acquisition Labs.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

break, overload, or probe the site or the Shopify store behind it
scrape pages in a way that degrades the service or bypasses technical limits
use the site or a form to send spam, malware, or unlawful content
misrepresent your connection to Savings Grove or alter our content and present it as ours
use the site for any purpose that violates applicable law

We may block access or remove a newsletter address if we believe these terms have been broken.

Third-party sites

Links to issuers, brokers, Shopify, and other sites are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or what happens after you leave Savings Grove, including an application you submit or a purchase you make.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that errors will be corrected, or that a calculator result matches a provider’s quote.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, IntoPaid Acquisition Labs and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from a product you reach through it. Our total liability for a claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it. Reading the site is free, so that amount is zero.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply in British Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the site, except where applicable law does not allow a dispute to be heard only there.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change. If you keep using the site after the new version is posted, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
